When the energy of your coral is low, you need to recharge it.
Wind corals need a tornado to recharge. Tornados are found in the sea region.
You need to board a ship and pay attention to the system messages. From time to time it
will state a location where a tornado appeared. Sail to that location.
Sometimes it will take to long and the tornado will no longer be there.
But no worries! Another tornado will be nearby soon.
Enter the tornado and lay still. Your coral will be recharging.
If your coral isn't fully recharged after one tornado, just enter the next.
